David, your installer, was a most courteous and delightful person to have in our home. We have had much work done in the home in the past five (5) years and no worker has been more diligent and pleasant as David has. He was both efficient and careful. His respect for our home and belongings showed in the way he protected, floors, counters, appliances, etc., and in the way he cleaned up after himself.

 

I was astonished to find that I did not need to do clean up in the kitchen or garage (he entered the attic that way). He explained options we had and challenges he faced with the installation and then let us make the decision how he was to proceed.

Your personal attention to detail and seeking to help us, even with the prior installations, made a lasting impression. I thank you for your helpfulness.
